• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline representation or consultation if a conflict of interest is identified or for any other professional reason.

3. Consultations & Financial Terms

• Appointments: All consultation slots are subject to the availability of our Senior or Associate Counsel.

• Fee Structure: Consultation fees are payable in advance. Payments made via our digital portal are processed through secure, third-party encrypted gateways.

• Refunds & Rescheduling: Fees for missed appointments are non-refundable unless rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. The Firm reserves the right to reschedule due to urgent Court commitments.

4. Attorney-Client Privilege & Confidentiality

We maintain the highest standards of professional secrecy. All communications, documents, and disclosures made during the course of our engagement are protected by Attorney-Client Privilege. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantee of Outcome

• Nature of Litigation: Legal outcomes are subject to judicial discretion and evolving precedents. KSK & Associates does not, and cannot, guarantee specific results in any legal matter.

• Information Accuracy: Our advice is contingent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client. The Firm is not liable for consequences arising from withheld or misrepresented facts.

• Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, the Firm’s liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

The branding, website content, and proprietary legal templates used by KSK & Associates are the intellectual property of the Firm. Unauthorized reproduction or "framing" of this website for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Davangere, Karnataka.
